In booking a session with me, you agree to the following: In booking a session with me, you agree to the following:
For sessions of $300 CAD or less, 100% of your total session fee is required to secure your booking date & time. Failure to pay this deposit within 24 hours of booking your session forfeits your booking and opens your session time up to other clients.
For sessions more than $300 CAD, 50% of your total session fee is required to secure your booking, with the remaining 50% is due on the date of your shoot.
Sessions that run more than 10-15 minutes over time will incur an extra charge of $150 CAD.
Images of you and your likeness will appear on my website, social media, printed material (including but not limited to business cards, art prints, brochures, portfolios, etc.) for an unlimited, indeterminate & infinite period of time for the purposes of sharing my work with potential clients, promoting my business, and so forth.
Images will not be resold or reproduced by either you (the subject) or me (the photographer) for commercial or marketing purposes, including but not limited to stock photography, brochures, billboards, newspaper advertising, business advertising, or any other purpose other than the personal, non-commercial use of the individual/s photographed without express written consent from both parties.
